We understand that life happens, and we always do our best to accommodate our clients. However, as a mobile grooming service, our day is carefully planned with appointment times, travel routes, and scheduling designed to provide each pet with the individualized care they deserve.

When a client is not home, arrives late, or is unavailable at their scheduled appointment time, it can affect not only that appointment but every pet scheduled after yours. Because we travel directly to each home, even small delays can impact our entire route for the day. For this reason, we have a late arrival and missed appointment policy in place.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have an even greater impact on a mobile grooming business. Not only do they leave unused appointment times that could have been offered to another pet, but they also result in lost travel time, fuel costs, and income for our groomers.

We sincerely appreciate your punctuality, communication, and understanding. By being ready for your appointment and providing adequate notice when changes are needed, you’re helping us stay on schedule and provide exceptional care to every pet we visit.❤️

At Bella & Bow’s, confirmation is required to keep your appointment.

We are an appointment-based salon, which means every appointment on our books is a time specifically reserved for your pup. Our dedicated team carefully plans each day to ensure we have the staff, space, and time needed to provide every pet with the attentive care they deserve.

When an appointment is left unconfirmed, we have no way of knowing whether you still need that spot or whether you still plan to come to that booked appointment.

If we do not receive your confirmation, your appointment may be canceled and the appointment time may be offered to our waitlist or the next client in need of an appointment.

Confirmation helps us coordinate our team, maintain an efficient schedule, and make the best use of the time reserved for your pet. It also allows us to continue serving as many families as possible while providing consistent, high-quality care.

We know life gets busy, so when that reminder comes through, take a second to hit “Y”!💗
