I have the most thoughtful, caring and supportive family and friends!!!❤️

It's been 4 weeks since Knucklehead went over the Rainbow Bridge. Since then, my family and friends have shown how much they care about me.

I cannot express how much I cherish the comforting hugs, kind words, sympathy cards, texts and email messages, a memory paw print, a customized photo album of Knucklehead pictures, a Knucklehead pillow to hug when I miss him and a canvas print of Knucklehead!

I treasure all of the gifts that I received from my incredibly generous family and friends.

What I value most is the love that I feel when I look at these gifts. I am blessed to have each and every one of you in my life! 🤗❤️

This post is in memory of our 2025 Senior Sweetheart, Knucklehead, the little 14 ½ year old Sprocker Spaniel who went over the rainbow bridge on March 13, 2026.

In March 2023 at age 11 ½, Knucklehead started his journey of being a therapy dog – proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks!

Since then, he went on 296 documented therapy visits with his mom, Michele and his brother, Koki. He even put paw prints on people’s hearts on his last day.

Knucklehead was a happy go lucky pup who just wanted to be with people. He had a laid-back temperament and was wonderful with adults and children of all ages. He loved riding in his stroller on visits and being part of whatever was happening – even if that meant sitting on a motorcycle, riding on a train or being loved on at a visit. He especially excelled at making sure that there was no food on the floor!

Knucklehead was a very active member of the Tri-County Obedience Dog Club and the Precious Paws Therapy Dog Program. He will definitely be missed. We cherish our memories of this kind soul.

Rest in peace dear Knucklehead. ❤️
