This little fluffball, marshmallow-shaped and lightning quick pup has come such a long way! 💫
When we first started working together, Bentlee had a whole lot of puppy energy and a few habits that needed gentle redirection. With teamwork, patience, and lots of love, his amazing pet parents and I tackled key problem prevention areas like:
✨ Biting & nipping
✨ Jumping
✨ Greeting guests calmly
✨ Name recognition
✨ “Leave it,” “Sit,” and “Stay”
Watching Bentlees pet parents become more confident, resulting in a more responsive pup has been such a joy. He’s proof that with the right support, even the wildest wiggles can turn into well-mannered wags.

Check out this Tiny DANCER!! She is just the cutest! We worked on leash desensitization, potty training, socializing, and some basic commands. After our three week private sessions, Dancer was able to walk around not worrying about the leash as much. She enjoyed her first walk outside on the sidewalk during week three. So great to see her out and about. Keep up the good work!

Each session runs once a week for 3 weeks (one hour per session) and is tailored to you and your dog.
Requirements:

It may be a lot; but please read: I want to take a moment to share something personal and important. Over the past few months, I stepped back from Top Dog Pet Training LLC to focus on my family and prioritize my mental health. It wasn’t easy, and I know I didn’t communicate that pause the way I should have. To those who reached out and never heard back, I’m truly sorry. Your patience and understanding mean the world to me.
Now, I’m stepping forward again—with renewed energy, clarity, and a heart full of purpose. Top Dog Pet Training LLC isn’t just a business to me; it’s a way to connect, guide, and support people and their pups through the ups and downs of companionship and training.
As we move into this next chapter, I’ll be shifting my focus to in-home private classes, tailored to your needs and routines. Group classes will still be available, but far less frequently. This change allows me to offer more personalized, one-on-one support—right where it matters most.
The website will be undergoing a few updates, and the booking process will look a bit different moving forward. It’ll take a few days to get everything running smoothly, so thank you in advance for your patience while I fine-tune things behind the scenes.

Excited to share Finn's journey! (so far) 🐶 This quirky little bernadoodle has been a joy to train. In our in-home private classes, we've focused on loose leash walking, potty training, husbandry, puppy biting, staying off furniture, the 'drop it' command, and curbing jumping. Finn's playful spirit and eagerness to learn make him a delight to work with. Way to go, Finn!

Thrilled to share the progress of Baxter and Bentley! 🐾 Baxter, the doodle I trained as a puppy in 2018, needed a refresh after picking up some bad habits. He and his newest housemate, Bentley the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, completed private classes together. Baxter excelled in his crash course, and Bentley, eager for treats, was a fantastic student. Proud of their hard work and dedication!

Yes, it’s true. I’m from New York! Pleasantville, a small suburban town in Westchester County to be exact. I went to college in Pennsylvania to pursue my passion of Art and Design concentrating in Graphic Design in which I currently hold two degrees. My husband's job then relocated us further into the state and we absolutely love it here.
I have always been an animal lover; my only regret is not pursuing dog training earlier. I should have known pet training was my calling– [While walking home from grade school, a little Bichon Frise followed me home, every kids dream... and of course, we couldn’t keep it, we found its owner.] Truly, my favorite breed is ‘Dog’ but bunnies are a close second!
I have worked for a pet store company for the past eight years. I started my journey to be a Pet Trainer in 2014. I learned most of my knowledge through my mentor, Scott. I have learned a lot through my education along with the knowledge of my fellow trainers along the way.
While learning a lot over those years and with the knowledge that I have, my favorite piece of advice to clients and customers are to ‘get creative’ to solve the problem. Sometimes the answer lies with creativity. In other words, the definition of insanity; doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I honestly love helping clients through problem solving. I have met some amazing people through pet training and I love catching up with old clients.
I have had such wonderful and supportive friends and family through this journey. I am excited to venture out on my own and officially continue what I absolutely love doing.
