POV: You want a running buddy, a personal comedian, and a dog with ✨opinions✨. Meet Neymar. 😂🐾

This 2-year-old Husky/Border Collie mix is bursting with energy, ridiculously sweet, and always ready to keep life interesting. He’s a fantastic leash walker, a smart cookie, and a professional negotiator when he doesn’t agree with your plans.

Neymar has been waiting for his person, and he needs an active, experienced home ready to give him patience, structure, training, and plenty of ways to put that clever brain to work. He’s still decompressing, and we can’t wait to see him thrive with the right person in his corner.

No adoption event this weekend, but you can still meet your match! We’re scheduling meet-and-greets at our facility for approved adopters.

Come meet Koa and many others at our adoption event tomorrow from 10am-2pm! 🐶

Meet Koa, a confident and curious little guy who seems to have a pretty good idea of what’s going on around him! He’s a smart puppy who catches on quickly and often seems to understand exactly what you’re asking of him — at least until that famous puppy attention span kicks in. 😂

Koa loves exploring and is naturally curious about the world around him. He’s confident and independent, happily investigating new things on his own while still being a sweet, affectionate puppy who enjoys spending time with his people.

With his intelligence, confidence, curiosity, and sweet nature, Koa is sure to be a fun puppy to grow up with. He’ll need a family ready to keep his clever little brain busy, continue teaching him good puppy manners, and give him plenty of opportunities to explore and learn.

Koa is a sweet, bright little guy who is already showing us what a fun companion he can become. He is 3 months old.

Sadie aka Lucy is a little bundle of fun with a serious talent for cuddling. ❤️🐾

At just 4.5 months old, Sadie loves to play, explore, meet new people, and spend time with her favorite humans. She has lived happily with another dog and absolutely adores affection. Her ideal day? Adventures and playtime followed by snuggling up with her people at bedtime.

Sadie can be a little unsure in new or noisy situations, but a little reassurance helps her confidence grow. She needs a home without toddlers or very young children, as she has shown discomfort when little ones get too close to her personal space.

Sadie has so much love to give, and we're excited to help her find the right family. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate companion who can keep up with your adventures and then curl up beside you, she might be your girl!

Happy adoption stories! 💞

Henry (formerly Hansel) was recently part of his parent's elopement. He even signed the license! Henry was rescued from a puppy mill in 2023.

Wren (formerly Chula) has settled in well with her family. Once a stray in Texas, she is now very loved 🥰

Skye (formerly Marina) is having a blast meeting new people and learning new things. Once a stray puppy who ended up on the euthanasia list with her mom and siblings, she is now thriving!

Ollie (formerly Bertie) is bringing so much joy to his new family after being found as a stray in Texas.

Keysi (formerly Cadence) is enjoying exploring and lounging in sunny spots in his forever home.

Marcellus (formerly Lucky) adores his big sister Luna and cat sister Daisy. He likes to make appearances on his parents' Zoom calls!

Onyx (formerly Lestat) is doing great in his training classes. His parents say he is the best part of their family.

Clementine (formerly ShortStop) is loving life with her siblings Isabella and Figaro.

Flex (formerly Zed) is the friendliest pup to every person and dog he meets. He was found as a stray in Texas with his mom and sister.

Teddy, or Theodog Roosevelt (formerly Platypus) is loving life with his dog sister and 2 human sisters. He was surrendered to a Houston shelter with his 8 siblings.

Marge has been waiting since July, and we’re still wondering how this girl hasn’t been scooped up yet. ❤️

At 5 years old, this Chihuahua/Cattle Dog mix has mastered the art of being a great companion. She’s house trained, kennel trained, great with kids and other dogs, and equally happy to play or curl up for some quality couch time.

Marge has that lovely balance of being affectionate without needing to be the center of attention every second. She fits right into home life and makes being her person look pretty easy.

She’s already shown her foster family what a wonderful dog she is. Now she just needs someone to give her the forever home she’s been waiting for since July.

Philly has a very important job: investigating absolutely everything. 🕵️🐾

This 3-month-old Lab/Staffie mix is curious, playful, and convinced every toy, interesting smell, and potentially edible object deserves a closer look. Other dogs? Obviously new friends!

Philly is a smart little guy who’s making great progress with potty training and learning his manners. He sleeps through the night in his crate, gets along with kids and other dogs, and loves squeaky toys. He’s still learning about boundaries, so his future family should be ready for all the fun (and occasional chaos) of puppyhood. 😂
