We make the most we can out of the dandelions around here! Flowers are great for dandelion jelly (also called poor man’s honey) and the leaves and roots are loved by the chickens, ducks, quail and bunnies!

This is a video I just took while candling an egg at day 10 of incubation. Basically half way through the 21 days it takes for them to develop. Active little thing!
These will be hatching the first weekend of May!
Keep an eye out. There will be the Easter Eggers and Silkies in this hatch!
