Sorry for the confusion we are still open Jessie was out after she had the baby for a little while. But she's getting back to work now and we had lost our phone for about a month... so that's why we haven't been answering it so we apologize for any inconveniences but we wanted to let you know we are still open for business

We hope everyone made it through this storm ok!! We are up and open for business starting Monday morning as usual. Thank goodness our family didn't go through much house damage. Just a few fence panels we had to replace which have been fun but they're almost done. We're so happy that the tornado that went by our park didn't hit us. We were very lucky!!

We hope everybody else and their fur babies made it out safe. We know some damage is going to bad, for those of you who are dealing with this, we pray that everything gets fixed for you and isn't too costly. We know things can be very expensive nowadays.

We had another customer leave happy today, he almost didn't want to leave. In fact. I'm just glad I could make him comfortable after having a bad experience with his past groomer. We hear this way too often and the one thing we pried on is making sure these pets our loved ones are taken care of and enjoy coming back.

Some of the pictures we got this week.. sorry about not posting for a while. We are still open!! We just don't get to take pictures as often since we've been busier and trying to keep up with the website/ social media side of the business has been a task. We're not perfect, but we try to keep up with everyone. So please understand that there's only one of us usually answering the phone and checking the online sites and since we're usually just used to the normal phone, it's been a task but it's worth it. We still love all of our fur-babies. Thank you for being a customer for those of you've been there for a since the beginning and thank you to all you new people who showed us all the love lately!

We take our time with these pets, so they feel comfortable and not scared to come back to the groomer and we appreciate your patience with us and understanding

We will be closed today Friday the 27th and next Tuesday October 31st due to doctor's appointments! Yes, everything's fine. We're both ok just Jessie had some dental appointments we have to work around. But we'll be back in the morning after each day!

We are still open!! We're sorry if you called and we haven't called you back or if we missed your message on Facebook. We got our card machines up and running, plus we have a new scheduling system through koalaender (Yes that's a real name.) They work with Google, so just trying to make sure we keep up with everything and sometimes we miss some things.
We do try to get back to the voicemails and Facebook messages as soon as possible.

Debbie's still getting used to using all the new technology stuff lol, plus we've also been doing home renovations the last few weeks so we've been behind on quite a few things unfortunately, but we are getting caught up on our home renovations and we should be in full force back to the businesses here soon. Usually here soon and once we get used to the new card reader system and new calendar system it won't be quite as hard on us!

We officially take card payments here at the shop. We got the square app waiting on the reader but we can take payments via phone or link we can send to you!! Yay getting business verified!

It's flea season guys every year in Florida about twice a year when the weather switches up on us. Fleas like to attack.

If a customer goes home with fleas, we apologize greatly. We can't always keep the fleas off of dogs when other customers come in with them, because of the fact that we are in a very small shop. We do spray our entire yard and we spray the inside of our home and the shop all the time which cost quite a bit but it's important to us.

We do try to accommodate and offer a free flea dip and to re-groom the dog if necessary and they do go home with fleas and they didn't have them before. So we really hate to lose customers over something so simple that happens on an everyday basis.

Moral of the story please just be very understanding with us. We know that things happen and you all know too.
We do offer FREE baths and dips in Dawn so it's chemical free!

From the Ground Up

As some of you know I have been grooming for over twenty years. I started out in my sisters shop when I moved to Sebring, Fl from Vermont, then she closed her shop and we moved to a friend’s shop. When the virus hit the U.S she closed shop for almost two months, so after a lot of thought and discussion between me and my other half we decided to open up my own dog shop right at home. We had the extra space we just had to do some major work on it.

We have been working nonstop since April of 2020 and its getting better day by day. I know it doesn’t look like much, but if you see where it started and how far we’ve come its awesome. I am the only groomer at my location and my daughter Jessica washes the fur-babies for me. She is also doing most of the major repairs to the shop while my better half did the bones of the shop so to speak. I am so grateful for the people in my life that have helped me through this process I couldn’t do it without them.

Some of my customers have come with me to my new location and thanks to Facebook advertisements we’ve found quite a few new customers we hope to see again too! We are still steadily working on the shop, but I was always raised take it a day at a time. I hope everyone understands that because I was in a bind and low on income my shop was not brand new and perfect but in time we will get there. The way I see it I get to make it my own in every type of way!
