Double the doctors, double the care for sweet Remy! This adorable French Bulldog puppy came in for a puppy wellness visit with Dr. Kornmann and Dr. Beestman, and he absolutely stole our hearts sporting his little jacket. ❤️

It's such a joy to meet the young pets of our community and help start them off on the right paw! Remy was a wonderful patient, and we can't wait to watch him grow! ✨

Laxus is all ready for sweater weather! ❄️🧣 This fashionable dog belongs to our Veterinary Assistant, Alex, and is showing off how he likes to stay cozy as the temperatures drop.

While breeds like huskies might thrive in the chill, remember that colder days can be tough for short-haired dogs, puppies, and senior pets. It’s important to limit their time outside and watch for shivering or other signs that they might be too cold. Stay warm out there! 🐾❤️

For many, their four-legged companion is that special family member who is there for them and helps get them through the day. Our sister nonprofit the Rainier Animal Fund’s, goal is to be there for those pet owner families who cannot afford the cost of their pet’s advanced care so they can, in turn, thrive and live long, healthy lives with the families who love them. From Wednesday, November 12 through Wednesday, December 10, Rainier Veterinary Hospital will be accepting donations of non-perishable human food items as well as pet food to support families and their animals during this challenging period. Both Northwest Harvest/SODO Food Bank and Seattle Humane will benefit from your kind donations.

Clients are welcome to drop off donations during our normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Every can, bag, or box truly makes a difference. Thank you for joining us in supporting our neighbors—both two- and four-legged—during a time when so many are still navigating uncertainty.

Did you know that November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month? Too often, older dogs and cats get overlooked in shelters or fosters, while puppies and kittens come and go. Opening your home and your heart to a senior pet changes their lives and allows them to spend the rest of their days in a safe and comfortable space. ♥️🏠

If you aren’t able to adopt, consider making a donation or volunteering at a local animal shelter in honor of Adopt a Senior Pet Month! 🐶🐱
