The kittens are finally ready for forever homes...maybe with you??!?!? Kipling and Victor Hugo have already been adopted but Momma Ibsen, and kittens Camus, Kafka, and Poe are still in search of their forever people to adore and serve them. These kittens are the offspring of one of the cats Viva and Brooklyn trapped at an abandoned house in July. They have been at Dana's house since then. They are all dog-friendly to cat-friendly dogs, and ready for action! Just contact Fuzzy Buddy's or Dana to arrange a meet n greet! They are available for adoption through Alley Cat Project, but are not posted on Petfinder yet. You all get a sneak peak at these cuties!
What the duck? CATS and a BIRD at Fuzzy Buddys? Our downstairs playroom turned into a temporary shelter for 4 cats this weekend after Viva mobilized an evac of some abandoned kittens from a former drug house. In a weird twist, they also rescued a duck with a broken wing….
The duck safely made it to PAWS for vet care. The cats are temporarily with Dana. One of the adolescents is quite lovely and social. Everyone who meets her wants to adopt her (until they learn she is pregnant!) The others will take more time to warm up to humans. They are all sooooo cute! Anyone looking to add a cat to their household? They are all en route to a rescue organization though we may continue to foster until they find homes.
There are still a couple spaces left in the Dog Tricks class that starts on Sunday March 12th and meets from 1-2pm. This is a 6 week class where we work on important dog skills such as ride a skateboard, find a scent article, spin, object discrimination, carry a basket, and much, much more.
