Whenever you request a booking for your dog, all clients pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 1/3 the total charge (or 1-day minimum). Payment in full at drop off. We charge a 'per night' rate for overnight boarding. We prefer if your drop off time and pick

up time are similar, but understand that isn't always possible. so with that in mind, we've had to put an extended stay rate in place. Here's how our extended stay policy works...




If the end time is scheduled 2-8 hours later than the start time on the first day, you will be charged an additional 50% of the daily rate. (Example: If your nightly rate is $32, your extended care rate for an additional 2-8 hours is $16.) If the end time is scheduled 8+ hours later than the start time on the first day, you will be charged the full price of an extra day. (Example: If your nightly rate is $32, your extended care rate for an additional 8+ hours is $32.) We've had to implement this for those circumstances when drop off time is very early, and pick up time is late. My work day, during summer, ends at 7 p.m. If you cannot be here before 7:02 p.m., book an extra night and pick up in the morning. When the time changes and it is dark at 5 p.m., my end of day is 5 p.m. For a one-night stay, a pick up in the early morning is expected. For a one-night stay with pick up in evening, add a separate booking for a day of day care, please, or just make stay for two nights. Thank you
