We take in approximately 1300 stray dogs and cats every year. Our small shelter frequently gets overloaded with great animals that would love to make a loving addition to your family. We are on track to move to the new shelter next week, which will be closed temporarily, while getting organized and everything in place, and getting new feeding & cleaning routine down. Or staff can help you choose who will best fit your family!! Almost all are already spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped. For the few who aren’t already fully vetted, it’s included in the waived adoption fee. REMEMBER, pets are a lifetime commitment of love and care!! Monday Mission…finding Mando a forever home!! He’s so handsome, gets attention wherever he and his foster goes, everyone wants to pet him because he’s so friendly and happy, never met a stranger. He’s always ready for belly rubs too!! He loves going on car rides and a couple of his favorite places, Lowe’s and walking John Bunker Sands Wetland Center. At home Mando just wants to be near you, house-trained, knows how to use a doggy door. If you have another dog he would do best with a female who has a calmer personality. He’s a young energetic handsome boy, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, current on heartworm preventative, about 2 years old, around 60/65 pounds, Lab mix. If you’d like to meet Mando send us a message!! He just wants to go to a forever home. See comments for video of Mando playing with his friend Willow, it’s really cute!! ♥️
