I swear I dont raise saanens... or even mini saanens. These are all Nigerians sire by UrbanAcres WC Thunderbird. His sire Promisedland HS White Cloud was the 2013 premiere sire, with multiple breed leaders, national placing and performance winning daughters. Thunder's dam was Urban Acres ASD Phoenix, littermate to Aurora (3x top 5 national placings) and full sister to Goldilocks (dam of 2023 Reserve national Champion)

Annual reminder to check your goats teeth if things are not right. Juicy's bite has been looking wonky this past year. I had to wait for her to kid to get a full work-up. Apparently she had a couple retained baby teeth that affected the growth and placement of incoming adult teeth. 4 teeth removed, and the resulting bite will need to be floated annually to maintain it. Thank you Dr. Jasmin Feist of Feist veterinary services for helping take such good care of our girls.
