The We Care Clinic has just broke a new record! Today, we had an over 50% cancelation rate for our appointments. Not a record we wanted to break. We've been dealing with high cancelations since we opened almost two and a half years ago, with historic averages of cancelations and no calls/no shows being around 20%. But we've seen a steady increase over the last six months or so, and have been struggling to figure out a solution.

Going forward we are going to require a deposit for anyone making an appointment. The deposit will be $50 for feline surgery, and $100 for canine surgery. The deposit will be non-refundable, and will be credited towards the cost of the spay/neuter surgery on the day of your appointment. You can request an appointment on our website, and we will reach out to you via phone to schedule your appointment and will send you a payment link for the deposit while we're on the phone.
