Crib Cutz is a small, two-person home pet grooming team juggling work and three children under five. We love helping pets and try to answer every message quickly, but we cannot respond the instant a message arrives. Below is our communication and booking policy so everyone knows what to expect.
Communication & Response Time
We respond as soon as we can. Typical reply time is within 24–48 hours; sometimes sooner depending on appointments and childcare.
If your request is urgent, please indicate “URGENT” in the first line of your message. We will prioritize true emergencies when possible.
Do not expect immediate replies outside of our working hours or while we are with a pet or our children.
Booking & Budget
We work with most budgets. If you need a payment plan or a lower-cost option, tell us up front and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Confirmations and deposits may be requested to hold appointments. Appointments without confirmation could be rescheduled.
Respectful Communication
Kindness and respect are required. We are professional, courteous, and helpful. Repeated rude messages, threats, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Persistent or abusive messaging will result in us declining future bookings and, if necessary, blocking the sender.

Cancellations & Changes
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
If we need to reschedule, we will provide the earliest available options and explain why.
How to Get the Best Response
Include all relevant details in your first message: pet name, breed/size, service needed, preferred dates/times, and any budget notes.
Photos and a clear request help us give accurate quotes and availability faster.
