Insurance has become faster, but it shouldn’t become less personal.

When I started, building trust meant sitting across from clients in their homes and collecting wet signatures. Today, much of that process can happen virtually in a fraction of the time.

That technology has allowed us to serve more people and move much faster, but the responsibility hasn’t changed.

Clients still deserve clear answers, honest recommendations, and an agent who understands their situation. The process should evolve without losing the relationship behind it.

Saving $20 a month isn’t a win if it costs you $100,000 when something goes wrong.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting a better insurance rate. The mistake is treating coverage like it doesn’t matter as long as the monthly payment goes down.

Small reductions on a policy can create massive financial exposure during a serious claim. That tradeoff rarely feels worth it once you’re the person responsible for the difference.

Cut the unnecessary $20 somewhere else. Your protection against catastrophic loss is not the place to do it.

If you have to chase your insurance agent during a transaction, they’re slowing down the entire team.

Realtors, lenders, escrow professionals, and buyers already have enough moving parts to manage. They shouldn’t also be wondering whether the quote was completed or the binder was sent.

Our job is to communicate before you have to ask, follow through on what we promised, and keep insurance from becoming the reason a closing gets delayed.

You focus on getting the deal to the finish line. We’ll handle our part.

You can’t control every shift, but you can work with someone who understands what’s happening and knows how to navigate it.

Your renewal date is not the only time you’re allowed to change insurance.

Waiting can mean spending several more months with a policy that costs too much, doesn’t protect you properly, or both.

If a better option is available now, you can switch before renewal and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current policy.

Don’t let a date on the paperwork keep you in the wrong position. If you think you’re overpaying or underinsured, let’s review it now.
