So I'm feeling discouraged on these prejrs going through a very bad case of THE UGLIES!

Show me YOUR pics! We ALL see the cute & beautiful pics of the "perfect" 7 or 8 wk old babies that are posted....
4 or 5 weeks later that cute & beautiful baby looks like a hopping disaster! And we wonder what happened?! THE UGLIES have hit!

It's where the ears are long & the head is tiny. The topline is all off & the front limbs... 🫣 .... you're ready to wave the white flag of surrender!

I'm PRAYING that these littles that showed so much promise a few weeks ago, shape up & come back together again!

I've shown you mine! Let's see yours! We all hide them, let's bring them out & show them off!

What a FUN day at the Garden State, New Jersey show! I couldn't make it yesterday since I had to work, but I was so EXCITED to get there for day 2! Friends, new & old are what makes show days SO special & worth the travel!!

I took a lot of my little Jrs. As one judge put it, they still have milk on their lips! 🤣 They have A LOT of growing/maturing to do! And since they are from a slow maturing line, well, I'll just continue to sit on them & watch them mature! However, even though they just can't compete with the older Jrs, I did get some VERY nice & helpful comments from both judges!

Judge Johnny Hausner (Show A) gave my one Jr a s*x change! 🤣🤣 "He" went to a "She"! It was one of my Jrs that I wasn't quite positive what it was. It kind of looked to be a buck, but had a doe personality. It was confirmed that she truly is a "she"! 🤣🤣

Show A gets a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Michelle Orth Ryan on her BOB AND BOSB wins with a broken chocolate doe and a solid chocolate buck!! I am BEYOND excited & happy for her!! 🥰

Show B - Jumping Bunnies Firestorm (Cammack's Fireball x Cammack's Mila) took BOV SSB!

Cody's Icon took BOB! He now lives with my friend Dawn! Congratulations Dawn Katelyn! I'm so happy he's doing well for her!

Showing with friends just makes the day SO MUCH better! When the competition is friendly & the wins are celebrated together! This is what our hobby should be all about!

So here's a topic up for discussion.

Someone asked me about the etiquette of when you want to $ e / / a rabbit you gave 🥕 🥕 for.

I feel it's respectful to offer it back to the original breeder/owner (and yes, I have made this mistake, so please no hate) for the same number of 🥕 🥕 given.

I also feel that raising the number of 🥕 🥕 for that rabbit is disrespectful to the original breeder, and you could get labeled a "flipper". It's better to keep the same, or even lower it than to go higher.

Maybe an exception might be if you picked up a very young rabbit that turned out better than expected? But again, taking it back to the original breeder/owner for the same number of 🥕 🥕 first.

These are only my opinions & practices. What are yours?

I think it’s time to go back to school. Ummm. Recently a family member and a friend asked me why I blocked them. I was confused. I checked just in case and there were no blocked people on my list. Then I see this. Hmmm, I am not the only one. So now I am fixing my blocked posts. I wondered where everybody had been! This is good to know. It's ridiculous to have over 300 friends and only 25 are allowed to see posts.
I ignored this post earlier because I didn’t think it worked. It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed. Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts...
