sphere is just like a daycare for kids with loving individual attention from our staff and different areas for the dogs to explore. During rest time, we even have television and music for your dog to enjoy. Hug-A-Bubba's boasts a 2,200 sq ft. playroom which is A/C and heated and also has an outdoor area. We also have a 1,300 sq ft. addition for small dogs and puppies. We accept fun and friendly dogs that share and are not territorial over food, toys, or space. Also your dog must be in good general health with current DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations, along with a monthly flea treatment. We accept puppies as well, at least 12 weeks of age with proof of DHLPP series vaccinations. Upon acceptance, you may purchase a daycare package that best works for you and your canine's needs. Grooming If you are a first time grooming customer or have a new pet with us, please complete a pet information grooming registration form (available for download on this site). We offer bathing in our HydroSurge bathing system. Services included in our full grooming prices consist of nail clippings, bathing, brushing, haircuts (if needed or requested), ear cleaning and a**l glands expressed at no extra charge. We also provide nail clippings only services for $10.00 and walk-ins for nails are welcomed as long as it is no later than 12:00 pm. We value our time with your pet, so being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. The length of their appointments may vary by arrival time, breed, or condition of dog, as well as what services they are receiving. You may discuss your grooming preferences with the groomer when you drop off your dog for their appointment. Typically, you will get a call when your pet is ready unless you have made other arrangements with the groomer. Pick-ups can happen any time during regular business hours. Additional charges may be added for fleas, dematting, or if your dog is scheduled for daycare that day. If your pet is being boarded, and you've requested a grooming prior to departure, the charge will be added to your boarding charge and the pet will be groomed and ready by the time you pick up. Grooming prices vary depending on the dog's breed and condition. Please call us for an estimate. These will be base estimates and the price may change by the condition of your pet. Bathing prices begin at $35.00. An additional $15.00 per half hour is charged for de-matting/excessive brushing. Shaving prices begin at $55.00 and additional fees may apply to certain breeds. Hug-A-Bubba's is proud to offer boarding in a tranquil country environment located in Scappoose, Oregon. Here, your furry friend will get plenty of exercise and a great deal of one-on-one attention. We have one acre and a half acre, another half acre, as well as a fully fenced play area for your pet to romp and play! Our quiet home surroundings will alleviate any stress that your pet may have when they are away from you, and it will feel like their home away from home! Bedding will be provided for your pet to sleep on, but we are more than happy to accommodate their home bedding if you feel they will be more comfortable. We will also provide plenty of toys and treats for your dog. If your pet has special needs (such as allergies, medical conditions, or disabilities) please let us know ahead of time. If you have a special food preference for your dog, please provide plenty of food for their stay. If you do not have a food preference, Natural Balance Pet Foods will be proudly served to your pet.
