Hello Zoom N’ Groom clients,
I hope this message finds you and your pets doing well.

This is truly a difficult message for me to send. I know how challenging things are right now for so many, and the last thing I want is to add any extra stress. That said, due to the rising costs of supplies, fuel, and overall operating expenses, I’ll need to increase all prices by 10% starting September 1st.

Please know this decision wasn’t made lightly. I’ve done everything I can to avoid raising prices, but in order to continue offering the care, time, and quality your pets deserve, this change has become necessary.

If you’d like a copy of the updated price list, I’d be more than happy to send one your way. And of course, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I hope this letter finds you well. As always, I am so grateful to have the opportunity to provide grooming services for your beloved pets. Your continued loyalty and support mean the world to me.
I'm reaching out today to inform you that my son will be undergoing some medical procedures in the near future. While I am committed to maintaining the highest level of service for you and your pets, there may be occasions when I need to take time off to support my family during this time.
Please know that I will do my absolute best to minimize any disruptions to our regular grooming schedule. Should any changes be necessary, I will reach out to you as soon as possible to reschedule our appointments at a time that is convenient for you.

Hello everyone, I am pleased to share an update with you all. This past week, I made the decision to sell my van as it was time for a change for Zoom N Groom and my family. This weekend, our new trailer finally arrived. Please bear with me as I learn to navigate this new addition and all that comes with it. I will post more pictures later today once I get things all set up!!! Thank you all!!
