It’s Whiskers Wagon Wednesday, and today is the largest vet run to date with 29 cats onboard! Our paw-some driver, Bill, ensured our precious kitty cargo arrived safely at the clinic for a marathon day of spay/neuter and vaccines. We are so grateful for Bill’s diligence and hard work, which consistently ensures these cats receive this life-changing healthcare.

If you are caring for unaltered cats in Passaic and Paterson, NJ, we invite you to apply. We’re currently booking appointments in late September. (All applicants must be able to meet us at our drop-off & pick-up location in Passaic.)

Please note that without your help, the pilot program will end once the state funds are depleted. Donations are greatly appreciated and will help keep the Whiskers Wagon running after state funding has been exhausted.

We currently have an entire stack of applications for the Whiskers Wagon that we cannot process. It’s not due to lack of funding but because applicants are not returning our calls or messages.
*Please* if you are applying for one of our programs be prepared to reply to our emails, texts or calls. We cannot and will not chase you.

We just paid our most recent People For Animals (PFA) invoice. Each line item represents care provided via our 50 Feral Fix TNVR voucher program which does *not* receive state funding. Your generous donations help us continue offering help to low-income NJ feline caregivers. Every dollar you donate is a yes to a feral cat in need.

We are getting endless applications and we need your help. The basic vet care for the Whiskers Wagon is covered by a one time grant for now. It does not however cover all of the extra services we keep running into nor does it cover our voucher program. Help us keep both programs running at the same time. Stop in to shop or gather jewelry you no longer wear to donate.

We have been so busy running our TNVR + Transport program that we did not realize just how much we could use jewelry donations to support our eBay store. All proceeds help fund our voucher program and ensure low-income residents have continued access to feline spay/neuter.

The Whiskers Wagon is the biggest project we have ever taken on. It was years in the making. We are so happy to be able to help people gain access to spay/neuter. We have met some amazing people! One wonderful woman made me this adorable little guy. He will be my little reminder that all of this work is making a difference in the lives of cats and their humans.

Exciting news for cat trappers & caretakers: Our Robbinsville clinic will be able to offer extra space for TNVR services throughout the month of September. Clients may bring up to FIVE (5) community cats for TNVR treatment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays!

The standard service fee will apply to each community cat. Robbinsville's normal TNVR schedule will resume on October 1. More information about our TNVR program can be found on our website: https://pfaonline.org/tnr/
