To Former Meadows Animal Hospital and Banfield clients..... we do NOT have access to your medical records (unfortunately) but we will do what we can to help you and your pet!

Please call us for an appointment (217-351-5814) and we will get you and your pet helped as fast as possible.

Please search your possession for ANYTHING you may have that could help us help your pet- recent rabies tags, paper receipts, emailed receipts, recent prescription packages, copies of bloodwork, etc. If you can't find anything then we will still figure it out! 🐕 🐈‍⬛ YAY PETS!!! 🐕🐈‍⬛
