Update, Bella is home safe and sound!!!

Lost Dog! Just ran out the door on 100 block of East 51st. She is a new rescue of family who is visiting. Small black female lab with a little bit of white on her chest. Very skittish and she has no idea where she is. Grey collar with 2 tags on it. Please call 843-224-6866 if you see her! Her name is Bella.
