If you’re cold, they’re cold. ❄️🥶

This weekends extreme cold and severe winter weather is hitting places that don’t normally experience it which means pets (and people) may be unprepared. Cold stress, frostbite, and hypothermia can happen quickly.

🏠Bring pets inside
❄️Limit outdoor time
🐾Check paws for any irritations
🛌Provide warm bedding

Some cold-weather breeds have double coats that insulate them but no dog is immune to frostbite or hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
