Horse Play will be hosting Sound Baths and Drum Circles this Summer and into the Fall.
The first Sound Bath will be July 12 and the second on August 9. They will begin at 7:00pm for an hour or so. A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, etc. Participants will bring a blanket or chair and get comfortable in our field accompanied by the horses. They will occur around sunset and close to the full moon.

The Drum Circles will be July 20 and August 24 at 10am for approximately an hour. A drum circle is a participatory musical gathering where people of all ages and skill levels come together in a circle to play drums and percussion instruments. The goal is to create a unified rhythm and energy through collective playing. We will be outside with the horses. We will have some instruments but you are encouraged to bring your own. If there’s enough interest, additional dates/times may be added.

Donations for Horse Play will be accepted.
