Our Puppy Customers often ask me when searching for their new Dacshund Baby. " Should I get a male or female" Which one is better". Of course I love them all! However with my experience in breeding our Dachshund Babies for over 19 years. I am more fond of our males. 🙂 Both genders make excellent companions. However males are more affectionate. While females are more independent. So which gender is friendlier? Males tend to be more outgoing than females. They are more active, enjoy exercising and playing more than their female counterparts. Males are also more protective of their owners. This makes them a good choice for those who want a loyal and dedicated companion.:)

If you have been to our kennel then you met Sonnet. She loved seeing everyone pickup their puppies. I often referred to her as my office dog, my therapy dog and my best friend. It is with a broken heart 💔. That I lost my best friend today. She has crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge. But I am lost without her.
