Apply Original Skin Repair No. 01 to the base of mane, forelock and entire tail bone daily to get started and after you have achieved the growth you want continue once a week for maintenance. Use your fingers to work into the skin.
Spray Original Detangler No. 02 generously all throughout the mane, forelock and tail to condition and detangle hair. Work into the hair with your hands.
We use the WIDU Ashwood brush on all our horses and love how it works. You can brush the hair out gently initially, however, do not brush daily. Just work in all in with your hands and finger comb to keep the knots out.
You can also braid the hair, however, we advise caution as some horses will start rubbing with braids and if they are out on pasture, braids can get caught on things. Use your judgement on braids according to your horse.
