We have been raising quality AKC Miniature Schnauzers since 2006. We are Julie, Rachel, and James Swafford! We would like to welcome you to our Swafford Family Schnauzers page. We live in Missouri on a secluded 22 acre homestead where we raise quality AKC Miniature Schnauzers. We are not a kennel, our dogs live in the house with us. They are part of our family. Our puppies are handled and

socialized daily preparing them for a great start in their new homes. They will have their tails docked, dewclaws removed, and ears can be cropped or left natural. All puppies come with a two year Genetic Health Guarantee, bag of puppy food, puppy information sheet, health records, gift bag of goodies, and will be current on all vaccinations and worming. Our focus here at Swafford Family Schnauzers is to produce a good healthy quality companion with a great disposition and temperament. Be careful taking your dogs to lakes and creeks when it's hot!!! Blue green algea can kill dogs!!!

Rachel is enjoying the beautiful, quiet morning saying goodbye to the babies before heading out for vacation. As soon as they see the suitcases they start begging us to stay or take them with us.

Vacations are always pretty hard for us as a family for a variety of reasons. Yes, Rachel lives 3 miles away from Julie and James so it's easy to check on each other's dogs, but it is hard to go anywhere as a family because we can't leave our dogs, so someone usually stays behind. THEN there is the anxiety of leaving our babies behind. We are blessed to be able to do what we love, but man it's hard to leave these turds behind 🤣

4 weeks old....This is my favorite age... where they don't really know what you are but somehow they like you 😂
They start really learning how to bark and play. They start getting attitudes and personalities start coming out. Next week we move to the "big kids" area with the doggie door to really start potty training and socializing. ❤️
