Something I believe is overlooked a lot with trainers and owners, is making sure your horses are relaxed, happy, and comfortable.
Having them work perfectly 24/7 is awesome, but if they aren’t happy they won’t give it their all.

If you’ve ever been to my barn at any point, you’ll see horses napping morning, noon, and night. This is rare as horses are prey animals and only lay down when they feel 100% safe.

That’s something I take pride in.

Horses feed off of your body language and your vibes.

I think the reason I get more out of some horses than others, is because when they’re here they know they’re safe, loved, and appreciated.

Oh, and don’t forget the loads and loads of shavings. 😜🥰🤩
