Some of our favorite patients came from breeders, some from shelters, some showed up uninvited and never left. One was found in a parking lot. Another was a gift that turned into a 14-year love story.

Ours? We've seen dogs who refuse to walk on certain floor tiles, cats who only drink water if it's running, and a golden retriever who brings a shoe to greet every single visitor.

Collars fall off. Tags fade. But a microchip lasts a lifetime.
Microchipping is one of the simplest, most impactful things you can do for your pet and it takes about 30 seconds.

Here's how it works:
🔬 A tiny chip (about the size of a grain of rice) is injected under the skin, usually between the shoulder blades
📡 Each chip has a unique ID number linked to your contact information in a national registry
🏥 If your pet is ever lost and brought to a shelter or vet clinic, a quick scan can help reunite you!
A few things pet owners often don't know:
— Microchipping is not GPS tracking. It only works when scanned.
— The chip is only as useful as the registry info. If you move or change your number, keep your information up to date!
— We can scan your pet's existing chip at any visit to confirm it's still reading correctly.
No anesthesia needed. No recovery time. Just peace of mind.
