I am Dr. Kate, and I am a small animal veterinarian specializing in cats and dogs. My love for animals goes back as far as I can remember. My parents never allowed me to have indoor pets as a child, which made me even more determined to touch and love any dog or cat that crossed my path. My lifelong love for animals has resulted in me being the “parent” to an array of dogs, cats, horses, fish, sug

ar gliders, bunny rabbits, rats, cockatiels, and a cockatoo. Currently, I have a furry family consisting of two Dobermans, a Chihuahua, and three cats. My intrinsic love for animal health and well-being is exemplified through my lifelong pursuit to be the best veterinarian possible. I graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992, and I have practiced veterinary medicine for the past twenty-three years in both California and Florida. One of the things I observe as a veterinarian is that many animals display fear during their visit to a veterinary hospital. There are many signs of fear, but the most commonly observed behaviors are quivering, shying away from strangers, inappropriate urination and defensive aggression. I feel that there must be a way to alleviate my patients’ distress, and I have always wanted to provide an atmosphere where your pets feel as comfortable as if they were at home, or at the very least in my home. I am pleased to say that this concept has become a reality now that Dr. Kate's Pet Clinic is open to help your four-legged family. In my practice, the waiting and consultation rooms are welcoming and comfortable, much like visiting a friend's home rather than a trip to a medical office. Since Dr. Kate's Pet Clinic opened its doors, the response has been exactly what I pictured: cats come out to play with the toys in the cat room and lounge on the furniture, while dogs sniff, explore, and rest on the beds in the dog room. Not only do I want a warm and relaxing environment for your pets, I believe that great emphasis should be placed on the amount of time spent with both you and your pet during your visit. Our pets are an integral part of our life, and all of your pets I consider to be in my family. Thank you for your confidence and for entrusting your pet’s care to me,

We still have equipment available at Dr. Kates Pet Clinic for veterinarians or rescues to purchase at a very good price. We need to get out of our facility and stop paying rent so we need to sell it ASAP. Very motivated😇

a good one, never had a problem with it. Not allowed to use name brands per Facebook. They took down my post last time.

8 small cages w/ 2 extra large cages that can be split on the bottom +2 medium cages. ALL 1 of the top 2 stainless steel brands that I can’t mention.

ANESTHESIA MACHINE
The absolute BEST brand that is made in the world today. Lucked into it nine years ago as a rescue had closed and didn’t want it anymore. Never had a problem with it, and because of the brand you never will!

ANESTHESIA MONITORING MACHINE 
Just a generic one, SPO2, RR, HR,EKG
Has multiple probes in order to assess

DENTAL MACHINE
 just one of those small ones that does prophy and polish. Reliable little thing.
Comes with a big box of polish

DENTAL/WET TUB
Transitions from like 4 to 6 inches deep
Has storage drawers and cabinet cabinets.

STAINLESS STEEL OPEN FILE CABINETS X 2
Bummer I just bought these a few months ago. I still use physical files as well so I used them for that. 12 inches deep 3 feet wide and about 8 feet tall X 2 of them.

COMPUTERS and AVIMARK
We all know how expensive Avimark is. You can buy it used and have have Avimark go through it and negate all prior clients, set it up for your clinic and you still have the framework of Avimark completely to use. That’s what I did when I got it, saves tens of thousands of dollars. Also, there are 4 computers with keyboards that work really well approximately 2 years old. 

We also have floor cabinets and counters from a Home Depot if anyone needs storage or still building. Lots of miscellaneous furniture as we were specifically a very “casual and homey“ practice for the clients and PATIENTS and employees.

I would like to thank Everyone for telling me how to do the bypass. I wondered where everybody had been!
This is good to know: It's ridiculous to have over 540 friends and only 25 are allowed to see my post.
It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste.
This will bypass the system.
If you are reading this message, do me a favor and leave me a quick comment...a "hello," a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my newsfeed‼️

OMG.... 2 cans of Cinnamon rolls quartered, 1 can apple pie filling, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans mixed together in a bowl. Pour in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Cinnamon roll icing for the topping when it comes out of the oven.. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes... Easy and AMAZING!

Update!!! Lola is out of the hospital and back with her amazing mama Kim Ross !!! She has made a huge turn around thanks to the specialist at UF pulling out all the stops for her!! She is still on a lot of medications and her family could still use any financial help possible! They are sooo appreciative of everyone who has donated to help save their baby!
