Let's Think Practically 💡

🥩 Although there is a differing rate of digestion between kibble and raw food (kibble is carbohydrate heavy, and carbs digest at a quicker rate than raw protein)- Many dogs will tolerate mixed meals (raw + kibble in one bowl) without any issues. It often depends on the individual dog’s gut and sensitivity. BUT, if you do notice issues..

🧭 Feeding separately can help: If your dog has a sensitive stomach, you might find it easier to feed kibble and raw at separate meals (e.g., kibble in the morning, raw at night).

👉 A practical approach: Try feeding them together in small amounts first. If your dog has no issues, it’s safe to keep mixing. If you notice gas, diarrhea, or discomfort, then switch to separate meals.
