Gracie recently enjoyed a stay with us at the Retreat, and we’re pretty sure she misunderstood “boarding” to mean winning over every single person who works here.

This sweet girl was an absolute angel during her stay. She quickly became a staff favorite, and between the cuddles, the sweet personality, and those little paws constantly reaching out for more attention… there may have been a few discussions about whether her family really needed her back. 😂

(Don’t worry — we reluctantly returned her.)

One of our favorite parts of having PURR Babies stay at the Retreat is getting the chance to know their individual personalities and making their time away from home feel comfortable, safe, and full of attention.

Gracie, you were the sweetest little guest. We loved having you stay with us and hope we get to spoil you again soon! 🐾🤍

When Mom packs your favorite treats for your Stay at the Retreat… and you KNOW it’s treat time! 🍭😻

This sweet PURR Baby was beyond excited to get her lollipop treat—and she certainly wasn’t shy about letting us know! 😂🖤

Mom made sure to pack some of her favorites from home for her to enjoy while she’s away. We love keeping those familiar little routines going and, of course, we’re always happy to be the official treat dispensers during her Stay.

Safe to say this lollipop was a 10/10. No notes. 😂

That’s a LOT of fluff!! 😹

This pile of loose coat came from one PURR Baby during her monthly Maintenance visit — and it’s a great reminder of just how important regular grooming can be.

Cats may perform self-grooming behaviors, but they can’t remove this level of loose, dead coat on their own. Without regular maintenance, that excess hair can contribute to tangles, matting, hairballs, and one uncomfortable meow!

Routine Maintenance visits allow us to stay ahead of the fluff, removing excess coat before it has the chance to become a bigger problem.

Because this much hair... is much better on the grooming table than still on your cat. 😹🐾

Regular grooming isn’t just about looking good — it’s about keeping your PURR Baby comfortable, too.

🐱💕 Adorable Kitten Sunday 💕🐱

This sweet little guy visited the SPaw for the very first time and was an absolute superstar! 🌟

His parents wanted to give him the best possible start on his grooming journey, and early introductions can make a world of difference in helping kittens become comfortable and confident with grooming throughout their lives.
