🚨 Adoption Alert 🚨

This sweet "little"Bird flew the coop yesterday and went to her awesome new home!

She's going to be working as a Therapy Dog with her new owner, going and visiting hospitals and bringing all the smiles and cheers.

We're so excited for all of this team's future adventures!

🚨 Rescue Help Needed! 🚨
We’re in a rare predicament — and we need your help.

As anyone in rescue knows, it's almost impossible to take a break. But for the first time in years, our team is trying to take a short, much-needed vacation.

To do that, we need to make sure our dogs are safe and cared for while we’re away.
We have four amazing dogs who need boarding costs covered.

🐾 We’ve got $150 covered for Gucci, but we still need $270 to cover Tsego, Teddy, and Dita.

Here’s how you can help:

🐶 Donate to help cover the remaining costs — even $10 makes a difference!

🏡 Temporarily Foster Teddy or Tsego (or both!) so they can stay in a loving home instead of a kennel. The dates needed are July 29-August 5th!

🌟 Want to Make a Difference—Even Just for a Little While?

We’re urgently looking for a foster home for this sweet boy until August 6th. He was found wandering the streets and landed in a high-kill shelter in New Mexico. Thanks to some fast action, he’s safe—for now—but his current foster is relocating and can no longer care for him.

He needs a soft place to land by July 25th, or he may be at risk again. 💔

Meet Ms.Reece!

This happy go lucky girl was found trying to enter a grocery store out in the rural part of Western Utah.

To get her into our program, we needed a committed foster home, and once stepped up!!

Reese spent two nights at a local boarding facility who graciously donated two nights for her at no cost .dogcare, and now she's in a foster to adopt home.

We wanted to thank our awesome village for stepping up for Ms. Reese!

We wanted to take a moment out of our day.

Mostly because our hearts hurt and we know others are in the same place-and just talk for a bit.

There’s a lot of noise in the world right now. Cruelty. Heartbreak. And over the past month, we’ve heard more than our share of gut-wrenching stories. In rescue, we see it all too often because human suffering=animal suffering.

But today, we just wanted to take a break.

To take a breathe.

And instead we’re focusing on the good.

Because the world desperately needs more of that.

More joy. More compassion. More people willing to show up and shine a little light where it’s dark.

So, we want to ask just one thing of all our followers:

✅ Do one thing today that makes a positive impact on another living creature—human or animal.

Be the kindness this world is aching for.
Be the helping hand you once needed when life felt overwhelming for you or your family.

Be someone your dog—and your community—can be proud of.

And if you need a break? Take it.

Things get heavy. Feel it. Breathe through it. That’s the beauty of being human—capable of deep, complex emotion.

We live in one of the most gorgeous landscapes in the country. So if your heart’s tired, lace up your shoes, pack some water, grab your pup, and go get lost in that beauty.

Just stay safe—Mother Nature’s had a lot of feelings lately, too.

Let’s make space for kindness.

Let’s build emotional resilience through compassion—toward others, whether they walk on two legs or four paws.

And mostly, to ourselves.

Meet Denali! 🐾💜

This incredibly sweet girl only made it out of the Enoch Shelter thanks to an AMAZING foster-to-adopt family!

After spending two long months waiting, she finally got her break—because one committed family said yes to fostering her while she searches for her forever home (or stays, if it’s the right fit after their two-week trial).

Denali will be with us for the next week to continue her training and finish her medical care, and then she’s off to Utah County to start her new chapter! 🏡💫

We’re so grateful for foster families like hers—they change lives.
