The CRCHA Spring Classic Derby is a wrap!

Paul started off the 2026 season with some strong runs and a promising path forward.

𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 placed in the top 13 of the Intermediate Open and earned $1,250 for owner Charles McCluer.
𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐆𝐮𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐰, owned by Barb Crist had a strong showing and is looking great heading into the rest of derby season.

A huge thank you goes out the the CRCHA crew for putting on another fantastic. event, our owners for sending these horses down the road with us, and our sponsors for all of their support!

The herd work gave us a strong start to the CRCHA derby!
𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 was a 𝟮𝟭𝟰 for owner Charles McCluer, and 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐆𝐮𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐰 was right behind him with a 𝟮𝟭𝟮 for owner Barb Crist.

The little horse that could!
Im A Lil Bit Nic (Nic It In The Bud) 2018 APHA bay tobiano mare
Chloe is 7 years old and is solid in the bridle. She is an exceptional fence horse. Honest in the pen and consistent. She would be a great non-pro bridle horse, non-pro boxer or limited-open bridle horse. She is looking for her new person.

She has won around 10K in NRCHA competition, including winning the Jimmy Flores Memorial Bridle Spectacular this year and the Summer Futured Bridle Class in CRCHA competition.
She has had zero soundness issues and is ready to rock!

It was a solid 213 to get the California Reined Cow Horse Association futurity started for Paul & 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐨𝐱 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 for owners Katherine and Tom Hilzer.

We will see them back on Wednesday for the rein work!
