We’ve been so busy and haven’t posted any farming photos. Grain hay plants are emerging with this beautiful weather and rain is in the forecast. The annual gamble of dry farming in an arid climate will hopefully pay off this year.🌾

It’s great sign to see all three grains (Oat, Wheat and Beardless Barley) out at the same time in our 3-Way grain hay and with plenty of moisture in the ground. This hay will be rich with carbohydrates and sweet stems when we cut and bale later this month and into May.

We had a blast supporting .ashley and her I RIDE 4 U horse camp this past week. The kiddos enjoyed a pizza party after all their hard work riding and doing chores. Jeremey our Manager and Ty who helps with farming our hay were able to join the kiddos for their pizza lunch. They all had a blast, It was a great day!
