Hey everyone and happy Friday!!! I wanted to get on here and just update/clarify a few things. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time without any prior discussion with me about it, you will be rescheduled. Being late not only sets me back but it makes all the dogs after you go home late too which is unfair to those who show up to their appointments on time. Now let’s talk pickup 🤪 I always try to give a heads up of at least 15-20 minutes letting you know your dog is almost done especially if you are a later in the day appointment. Please be sure to pick up on time. If you have other things going on the day of your dogs groom please make sure to communicate that so we can figure it out and plan accordingly. Leaving me sitting for over an hour waiting for you to show isn’t acceptable and I will have to start applying a late pick up fee 😩. I hate to even post this but it has become a daily occurrence that people are just walking in 45 minutes late to appointments like it’s no thing. And then I’m also being left to sit there for up to multiple hours waiting for dogs to go home even when I have told the owners at drop off the time the dog will be done or stating “this is my last dog of the day”. I love being with the dogs but I also enjoy getting to go home 😂. I know life and things happen so please just communicate with me.
