🐾 CHECK OUT YATCHIE!! 👏🖤

Trainer Monica and her Board & Train pup Yatchie have been putting in the WORK—and it’s starting to show! 😍

Remember our big fluffy 8-month-old Bouvier des Flandres?! Underneath all that floof is a young dog learning how to focus, communicate, and make better choices.

And this reel gives you a little peek at just how far he’s coming! 💪

Training isn’t about perfection overnight. It’s about repetition, consistency, clear communication, and stacking one successful rep on top of another.

Those little wins become bigger wins.

And eventually you look back and think… WOW. Look how far we’ve come. 🥹🐶

👏 Great job, Yatchie!
👏 Great job, Trainer Monica Green!

Keep it up, handsome boy—we’re loving watching your journey! 🖤🐾

🐾 WARNING: EXTREME CUTENESS AHEAD. 🥹😍

Everyone meet Trainer Jen’s newest Board & Train pup!

This little fluff ball is just 5 months old and is a Coton de Tulear/Poodle mix—and we’re pretty sure that face is going to get away with WAY too much. 😂

That tiny tongue. 👅
Those puppy eyes. 🥹
The FLOOF. ☁️
We cannot handle it.

But underneath all that cuteness is a puppy brain that’s busy learning about the world! At this age, training is all about creating a strong foundation—building engagement, confidence, communication, good manners, and showing puppies how to make better choices.

And with Trainer Jen? You already know there will be plenty of energy, play, praise, and FUN mixed into the learning. 💙

Five months old means this journey is just getting started, and we can’t wait to watch this little one grow!

Welcome to the Off Leash family, cutie! 🐶🐾

🍋🐶 WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS… apparently you give them to your dog for entertainment. 🤣

The reactions in this reel are KILLING us. 😂

One tiny taste and suddenly we’ve got:

😖 The full-body “WHAT WAS THAT?!”
👅 Tongues working overtime
👀 Looks of absolute betrayal
🐕 Dogs barking at the lemon like it personally offended their family
🍋 And a few brave souls going back for another investigation 😂

Dogs are allowed to have small amounts of lemon flesh, but citrus is definitely not something we’d encourage them to eat—the peel, seeds, and larger amounts can cause stomach upset. So enjoy the funny faces, but don’t make lemons a snack!

Sometimes dogs are just ridiculous little creatures, and that’s exactly why we love them. 🤣❤️

What food has YOUR dog tried once and immediately regretted?! 👇

🚨 DOG OWNERS… BE HONEST. 😂

What’s something your dog does that you KNOW you should probably correct…

…but it’s so funny you secretly let them get away with it? 👀

🐾 Steals your spot the second you stand up
🧦 Runs off with your socks
🛏️ Slowly takes over the entire bed
👀 Stares at you until you share your food
😂 Has somehow trained YOU to meet their demands

We’re dog trainers… but we’re also dog owners.

We know you have one. 😂

👇 CONFESSION TIME!

What does your dog get away with simply because they’re too darn cute?

Drop it in the comments! 🐾

08/26/2026

In this reel, they’re not only working on building confidence—they’re adding all the sights, sounds, movement, and unpredictability that come along with a busy environment. 🛝👀

Kids running.
People moving around.
New sounds.
Different surfaces.
Plenty to look at!

And the lesson? You can notice the world without needing to react to everything in it. 💙

Confidence building isn’t always about doing something BIG. Sometimes it’s simply helping a dog experience something new, work through a little uncertainty, and realize…

“Hey, I can handle this.” 💪🐶

Add distractions into the mix and those skills start becoming useful where they really matter—in everyday life.

Great work, Trainer Logan! 👏🐾

🐶🎉 HAPPY INTERNATIONAL DOG DAY! 🎉🐶

And what better face to help us celebrate than one of our adorable Private Lesson pups?! 😍🐾

Today is all about the dogs who make us laugh, test our patience, steal our snacks, take over our beds, and somehow become one of the most important parts of our families. ❤️

Big dogs. Little dogs.
Wild puppies. Senior sweethearts.
Perfectly trained dogs… and the ones who are still a work in progress. 😉😂

We love them ALL.

And getting to help owners build better communication, stronger relationships, and more freedom with their dogs is exactly why we love what we do.

So today, give your pup an extra treat, an extra walk, or maybe a few extra belly rubs from us! 🥰

👇 Now we want to see YOUR dogs! Drop your favorite picture of your pup in the comments so we can celebrate them too!

Happy International Dog Day from all of us at Off Leash K9 Training 30A! 💙🐾

🐾 You have a working dog… but does your working dog have a JOB? 👀

German Shepherds weren’t originally bred to be couch potatoes. 😉 They were developed in Germany as herding and working dogs, valued for their intelligence, stamina, trainability, and ability to work closely with a handler.

Over time, those same traits made them incredible candidates for police work, military work, search and rescue, detection, service work and more.

But here’s the thing…

Most German Shepherds today aren’t heading out for an 8-hour shift. 😂

They’re living in our homes—and that working brain didn’t disappear.

When a working breed doesn’t have an appropriate outlet, that drive can sometimes show up as:

⚡ Restlessness
🐾 Pacing or inability to settle
📢 Excessive barking
🏃 Chasing or herding behaviors
💥 Destructive behavior
👀 Hyper-fixation on everything happening around them

Your dog doesn’t necessarily need an official job, though.

Give them PURPOSE.

Training can be a job.
A structured walk can be a job.
Nose work can be a job.
Searching for food can be a job.
Learning new commands can be a job.
Holding Place while life happens around them can be a job.

Give that brain something productive to DO. 🧠💪

One of the biggest things we can do for working breeds is stop asking, “How do I tire this dog out?” and start asking…

“How can I fulfill this dog?” 🐶❤️

Because sometimes the answer isn’t another mile around the neighborhood.

Sometimes they need to WORK that brain. 😉🐾

🧩🐾 Milo’s got a puzzle to solve… and that little brain is WORKING! 😂🖤

Watching Milo figure out puzzles is adorable, but there’s actually a lot more happening here than just finding treats!

Mental enrichment can help dogs:

🧠 Problem-solve instead of immediately looking to us for the answer
💪 Build confidence by figuring things out on their own
👃 Use their natural sniffing and searching instincts
😌 Provide an appropriate outlet for energy
🎯 Practice focus and persistence
❤️ Make everyday life a whole lot more interesting!

And for dogs who are naturally unsure of the world, problem-solving can be an AWESOME confidence-building tool.

We want Milo to investigate. Try something. Get it wrong. Try again. And eventually have that little “I DID IT!” moment. 🥹👏

Physical exercise is important, but don’t forget to exercise that brain too!

Sometimes 10–15 minutes of thinking can leave a dog looking like they just worked a full shift. 😂😴

Now we want some new ideas for Milo…

🐾 So… what should you expect at a Private Lesson?

Here’s one of our clients putting it into action—asking her dog for a Sit while learning right alongside them! 👏

Private lessons aren’t about handing your dog over to a trainer while you watch from the sidelines.

YOU are part of the training. 😉

Our trainers will demonstrate, explain, coach, and help you understand the why behind what you’re doing. Then it’s your turn to grab the leash and practice!

You can expect to work on things like:

🐶 Clear communication
🧠 Understanding how your dog learns
⏱️ Better timing
🐾 Obedience and manners
🚶 Leash handling
🌎 Working around distractions
❤️ Building a stronger relationship with your dog

And yes—you’ll have homework! 😂

Because that one hour with your trainer is important, but what you practice between lessons is where the real magic happens.

Private lessons aren’t just about training your dog.

They’re about training the TEAM at both ends of the leash. 💙🐾

Ready to put in the work together? Let’s do it!

🔊 VOLUME UP! This is a good one. 🐾

Trainer Monica Green is breaking down confidence building with her Board & Train pup, Hank—and showing what it actually looks like in practice. 👏

Confidence isn’t created by avoiding everything that makes a dog unsure. It’s built by giving them appropriate challenges, clear guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to succeed.

Every time Hank works through something new and realizes…

“Hey, I CAN do this!”

…we add another win to that confidence bank. 💪🐶
