Meet 30a Cats Lentil Bean & Navy Bean -
Lentil Bean
If confidence came in kitten form, it would be Lentil Bean. This little guy has never met a stranger. Found tucked beneath the Beach House Restaurant, he decided almost immediately that humans were friends. While his siblings were still figuring things out, Lentil was happily accepting pets during mealtime and showing off his trademark purr. Within days, he was stretched out belly-up like he'd lived indoors his whole life.
Lentil is equal parts explorer, entertainer, and professional cuddle enthusiast. He’s got something to say about everything and isn't shy about making sure he's included in all the action. Whether he's chasing toys, ambushing his brother from behind the curtains, or greeting visitors at the door, he's usually at the center of the fun.
And when playtime is over? He'll come looking for his Foster’s lap, and snuggles. His sweet little meow and affectionate personality make him impossible not to love.
Navy Bean
Navy Bean prefers to take his time.
When he first arrived in foster care, he was the quiet observer—the kitten who watched from a safe distance while Lentil tested the waters. But little by little, he realized that people were actually pretty wonderful.
Now, the kitten who once hung back is happily seeking out pets, attention, and cuddle time. Earning Navy's trust has been one of the most rewarding parts says his foster and she says it’s been a joy watching his confidence grow every day.
He has a gentle soul, a soothing purr, and a playful streak that appears the moment a toy enters the room. Nothing excites him more than a new thing to chase, pounce on, or investigate.
Navy may be the softer-spoken brother, but he has a way of stealing hearts all the same. He's sweet, thoughtful, and blossoming into an affectionate companion who is just beginning to discover how much the world has to offer.
Together, these boys are full of personality, purrs, and kitten antics. One will greet you at the door, the other will melt into your hands for pets—and both will be ready to find families of their own soon!
