It is with heavy hearts that we are mourning the loss of one of our OG rescues, Soda.
Many years ago, Soda entered the Tails world as a foster who was so shut down there was nearly no hope of finding her a home. But, then came Terry. Terry, an absolute gem of a human being, put in the time and effort to visit Soda again and again to gently gain her trust. We were overjoyed when Soda went to her forever home and Terry’s dedication never wavered.
It was an adjustment for Terry and Soda and the other household pup, Murphy, but all three had so much love to give each other, they made it work. The Tails Crew were always so happy to see the family come in for daycare and we are so thankful that we got to see Soda flourish over the years. (I took it as a personal honor when Soda would let me pet her, and even more so when she would snub me in favor of her mom because I was ecstatic to see their bond.)
We are sending all of our love to Terry and take solace in the knowledge that Soda and Murphy are reunited. Both pups are dearly missed.
