It’s that time of year again! 🌷 Flowers and trees are blooming, the grass is turning green, there is pollen in the air, and unfortunately, allergies are running amuck. Because of this common springtime concern, antihistamines are a go-to for many people to curb their allergy symptoms, and sometimes they’re even used for our pets’ allergies as well.

About Us

Pinnacle Veterinary Center is committed to the idea that all pets should be given the opportunity to live long, healthy and happy lives. We believe that a complex relationship exists between veterinary professionals, pet owners and the fur babies themselves! The health of our puppies and kitties literally rests on the quality of this three-way relationship. We understand that the first step to earning the trust of pet parents is to provide a simple, convenient customer experience based on excellent customer service.

To this end, we will seek to build veterinary healthcare facilities which reflect our core values of innovation, effectiveness, compassion, and integrity.

Happy Thanksgiving to our favorite vet & staff aka family. We appreciate you all everyday more than you know. Love Baby Thor, Dukey boy & Eris girl πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ§‘
Public beware - I began taking my two senior dogs to this facility during the pandemic. The staff are indeed friendly and no complaints. This month an unknown woman claiming to be the new office manager handled a situation extremely unprofessionally and horribly. I received a phone call that an invoice from over SEVEN months ago showed a balance of $225. The alleged office manager informed me and I quote, "You have a $225 balance added to your account because on March 16th the total charges were $357.90 but you only paid $131.00." I asked what on earth was she talking about? I don't always save every receipt...I shred paper copies every few months. She had me check my bank statements to multiple credit cards, including one that I had to go in person during work. After about one week I thankfully found my paid in full, zero balance receipt, which SHE should have shown was paid in full. I advised her that there was at least 1-2 occasions that I paid partially in cash. This person told me that their books did not balance that date, they have no record of depositing cash and that she could not zero out this charge. Finally, after approximately 10 days of dealing with this situation, I reminded her that a.) My dog(s) have been taken inside while I wait in the car for every visit. My dog(s) have not been returned to me without payment in full processed BEFORE the staff returned my dog(s), b.) There are cameras and to please review the footage to show that I handed cash to the girl in the parking lot AND to show on that date what the girl DID with the cash once inside. I informed her that the girl did not provide an additional cash receipt but told me that my ZERO balance invoice reflected everything had been paid. Here is the response that I received - no apology, no offer of a discount on the next visit This woman said to me that she no longer had the time to investigate the situation and therefore she had zeroed out my balance. Her tone very much implied that she believed I still owed these funds, even though I have the paid in full receipt. My point to the public is simply this.... If you want to use this Vet then I strongly advise that you SAVE every receipt and DO NOT PAY WITH CASH or you too, could be faced 7 months later being told that you owe monies and that your account will not be brought to zero until YOU prove that you do not. I will not use this Vet again and I told this woman throughout the process that this was being handled poorly and unprofessionally. What business reaches out 7 months later when the customer has a zero receipt and informs them that they still owe $225? The final straw was not having the decency to apologize AND instead she could have reached out and expressed they were having some balancing issues would I help them to resolve, NOT informing me that SHE decided to ADD a PAID amount BACK to MY ACCOUNT.
Thank you, Bethany. This is Blue the corn cob eating dog you helped.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of my boy yesterday. He is extremely afraid of going to the vet & it always requires a muzzle. But your staff & Dr. Shokar took the time to comfort him & help him relax. It was definitely the best vet experience ever (and he is 10 years old).
