On December 19th, we proudly celebrated the completion of two RTW Academy classes—Customer Service and Warehouse, Logistics & Fulfillment!

Our students’ dedication and perseverance over the last 15 weeks have been inspiring, and we are so proud of the growth they’ve shown in both skills and confidence. Adrian, Gage, Lisa, Precious, Caleb, Emma, Josh, PJ, and Raquel—congratulations! You should be incredibly proud of yourselves.

A huge thank you to our amazing instructors, staff, and partners. We are so lucky to work alongside partners who share our passion for this work. Starbucks, Embassy Suites, LA Police Gear, and Children’s Hunger Fund—thank you for opening your doors and supporting our students with real-world learning experiences.

Special thanks to College of the Canyons and the ETI Program for your continued partnership and shared commitment to student success.

It’s , donate to our campaign and help us continue to make differences in the life of our students like Ronnie! If you donate to our campaign you’ll be entered into our giveaway and have a chance to win a live wreath! Read the ways our program helps Ronnie from the words of his father:

Ronnie:
“Our son Ronnie came to Carousel Ranch back in 2013. He started riding Mo and had a good run with him, eventually sizing up to Dawn. Suddenly ten years pass and Ronnie finds that he’s outgrown all the horses on the Ranch. When Katie explained the logistical and safety issues that now precluded Ronnie from continuing to ride, we understood but were a bit heartbroken. Ronnie would now be working with Katie on ground lessons.

Well, the following week arrived and Ronnie went off with Katie to wash some horses. And he was happy to do it. He was spending quality time with the horses he loves so much, happy to give back to them after ten good years of riding. He is actually accomplishing chores at the Ranch - something we have been remiss in achieving at home. That has to make him feel proud and satisfied, knowing that he is learning new skills and actually helping out however he can. Instilling a sense of pride and accomplishment for work well done is an invaluable gift Carousel has given our son. For this, and for so much more, we are grateful to Carousel Ranch and their amazing and dedicated staff.” - Ron Riegler
