‼️‼️The Scrappy Paws Foundation needs help‼️‼️‼️
We are currently assisting several people with kittens and dogs. We can not continue to help without donations. We need cat food, formula, and litter for different groups of kittens we are currently helping. We can also use linens. We have to get food for a mom and her babies TONIGHT. We also need to raise funds to pay for vetting, spays, and neuters. We are getting many calls to trap and take in kittens, and most of these kittens the shelter will not take in, but we need help. Many of you have asked how you can help donate to Scrappy Paws, and recycling is one of the best ways! We have several puppies and kittens right now that we need to raise funds for their vetting and how we do that is through through recycling!!! Ming, MooGoo, Wonton and Eggroll want to say a big thank you to everyone who has donated to the community effort Shar Pei puppy foster families. These babies are healthy and strong because of your kindness. The Scrappy Paws Foundation is vetting and adopting out these 4 babies. The babies are going to the vet this evening to get their first set of shots and a checkup! Great information🐾

We understand everyone has concerns and are trying to keep their families safe and healthy from the Covid-19 virus (aka Coronavirus). Many people are attempting to stop the spread of the virus by rigorously cleaning and sanitizing everything that they can. However, everyone should be aware that not all cleaning and disinfecting products are safe for our furry family members.

Not all disinfecting products are pet friendly. Many products ending in -sol (Lysol, Pine Sol, etc) contain a chemical called phenol which can cause liver damage in pets. Lysol gives off potentially volatile organic compounds in its v***r. Additionally, if your pet licks or ingests Lysol, it can cause serious chemical burns in the tongue or upper esophagus. Please be mindful as you disinfect your homes and keep the health of your animal companions in mind too. If you must use these products, wipe down surfaces with water after disinfecting to remove residue from the surface before your pet comes in to contact with it.

I was found by a kind, sweet woman who does wildlife rescue.
I was so sick, I could barely open my eyes.
She took me inside, cradling me in her warm arms, and made me warm and comfortable.
I opened my eyes and looked at her and thanked her for making my last few minutes as comfortable as possible.
But I was too sick to keep fighting anymore...
I had eaten a mouse that was poisoned, and it made me very sick.

Mama Sally was living outside an apartment complex having litter after litter of kittens when scrappy paws stepped in to rescue Sally and her babies. Sally is extremely loving and intelligent, she and her babies are all great with kids, cats, and dogs and get along with everybody very well. We would prefer for the babies to be adopted into pairs or go to homes that already have another cat.

These babies were rescued when they were newborns (we rescued Brooklyn, Bronx, & Manhattan first and then Rockefeller and Broadway a week later), and after a few months of bottle feeding, socializing, and enrichment, these babies are old enough and ready to go to their forever homes!
These babies are incredibly social and friendly and are GREAT with kids, cats, and dogs! They are so well behaved and loving and deserve a wonderful home!
Broadway and Rockefeller are brothers and should be adopted together.

Bronx Brooklyn and Manhattan are ready for their furever homes!
These babies were rescued at 2 weeks old and were bottle fed! They are now old enough to be adopted!
In order from left to right Brooklyn and Manhattan are the spunky girls where handsome Bronx is more mellow than his sisters.
I’d ideally like them to be adopted in pairs or they must go to a home that already has a cat.

Thank you for everyone that is helping search, share and post flyers.
Just wanted to share some info...

Lorena zeballos from all animal search and rescue, has been searching for this baby since day 1. We have equipment that is needed to get animals safe. I have posted flyers, gone at all hours of day and night, set food and water.

Food station set and Ellen ( from rollover accident, foster to adopt owner) left clothing.

We contact shelters and vets everyday. Thanks to Nancy she also helped yesterday. Robin, the manager from the rescue where this pup came from is making calls and doing what she can from Oregon.

Many and we mean many posts have been made, to lost and found pages, pawboost, nextdoor.

I left flyers with night security and companies that back onto freeway.

We will contact foster owner to see if she has funds to hire a dog tracker.

A drone is in the works but there are legalities to where we would like it to be flown as Aris last sighting was near businesses, which are close to the freeway.

We try to answer everyones questions and these were some of the ones that we wanted to address publicly.

Meet Charlie!
This boy is a year and a half old. He’s a chihuahua mix. He is looking for a foster (must find a foster by Friday) and is looking for his furever family.
He would benefit from an experienced dog owner, someone committed to working with him. Until he’s fully evaluated, he would be best in a home with no other dogs.
