This horse is what everyone wants in a horse!!!
He’s here for a refresher because he’s been sitting a little bit, but this is a beginner horse in the making!
He’s so quiet minded and so willing!!!
Right now, I am teaching him to not be so in tune to every shift of my weight so that he doesn’t think he has to guess what I want.

🤣Poor Pelipa!
I startled her by accidently bumping her in the flank. Sometimes wearing boots makes it hard for me to know where my feet are.😂
She’s so good and brave, she just skooted forward.
This was the second time I had been on her back so it’s really new still.

First day working on getting on his back.
He has not worn a saddle yet.
I usually do the ba****ck stuff first. When they become confident with me getting on ba****ck then I teach them about saddles.
This 8 year old mustang gelding is available.

Cobalt is a brilliant mustang and wants to catch up with his friends so he can find a home. He says he doesn’t understand why his friends will let themselves be ridden, but he’s willing to figure out what this new game is.❤️

Please share Cobalt so people can watch his journey into becoming a domestic horse.

It has been two weeks since I took on the four horses from Lifesavers Wild Horse Inc. 🥰

I love this part of my job. Getting to know horses during the training process and finding what they like to do and who they’d like to match up with.

I’d like to say that it’s kind of like a dating match making service only I’m doing it with horses and people.🤣

This is Cobalt. Look at this incredible movement coming from this Mustang gelding I’d say he’d make the perfect endurance horse once he’s under saddle. This trot can really cover ground!!!
Watch for updates on this horse. He’s going to be a good one.

The music is hard at first for them to ride by especially with the beat! Peppercorn is learning to open the gate but still needs work on it. This guy is amazing!!!

I love this little horse!
I was the original person who started him under my program and now he is back here with the intention to find him an adopter.
Let me just say he’s one of my favorites!!!
Peppercorn is 16 and approximately 14.1 hands high. Today I took him out and down the trail by himself.
We saw all kind of things including a truck pulling a giant trailer making screechy sounds just 10 feet from us. He is willing and kind.
This horse is forward and sensitive but brave. Would make a lovely endurance horse so I’m going to start conditioning him.
His trot is fast and comfortable!!!
