6 days after starting training, Grover is able to be off leash at the Douglas Preserve. He won’t let me get far from him, he comes almost immediately when called 99% of the time and he will pay close attention to me for treats.

Another trainer is by the water bowl so the pups did a “down” while I got them water (small red bowl on the right).

If someone doesn’t meet our standards on safety and control, we need to be prepared to compensate.

My dogs know they can’t claim the water bowl. But the other dogs may not.
