Crop Swap Saturdays at the farm from 8:30-10:30 AM! 🥬🥕🥦🫜 Here at SALSA Food Hub, we want to encourage growing food at home to build a network of local growers and farmers that streghtens our local food system! Come join us on any Saturdays with excess crops or fruits you’d like to swap!

Edible garden installations? Absolutely!
Here are some photos from one of our recent projects, where we planted herbs and veggies the family regularly enjoys. We designed the garden with their everyday meals in mind to make sure it truly fits their lifestyle. (And don’t worry some tasty things are still on the way as they continue to grow!)

We had a restful Sunday, but we’re back and excited to get the week going.

Did you know luffas come from a plant, not the sea? These sponges start off looking like zucchini and, once dried and peeled, become the perfect eco-friendly scrubber. We’ve got some growing right here in the garden—just one of the many ways we keep it natural, local, and full of life.
