Life is better with horses and at Ride the Sky Stables located in Apex, NC, we absolutely believe this. Since these beautiful animals do so much to enrich our lives, we focus our lesson program on building a relationship with the horse while learning to ride! This creates a safe, fun, and valuable riding experience for your horse, yourself, and your children!

Ride the Sky has several lesson horses available for half leases! Our horses are SAFE, SAFE, SAFE! This is a great option for beginners through intermediate riders to get more time in the saddle and around the barn!

Half leases are $550 a month and include 2 free rides and 1 lesson/ week. There is no Showing requirement!

Laney will be taking new students starting in August! She has availability Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Are you still looking for something fun for your kids to do this summer?

We still have some spots open in our summer camps! Join us in July for some fun with ponies in the sun!
Our beginner skills camp is for kids from 8-14 years old. Camp starts at 9AM and the kids will learn everything from how to care for our horses to how to ride! Kids get an hour riding lesson every day.

We have spots for July 21-25 and July 28-Aug 1st
