Horse boarding:
-Large paddocks (2) with shade, shelter, & auto waterer. Full board: $500/mo.
*Full board includes grain 2 x day & free choice hay.
Property amenities: Clay arena with stadium lights (jumps, barrels, poles & obstacles) & seating area for viewing, clay round pen with lights, turn out/grazing area, tack room with individual storage, wash rack, bathroom, full size refrigerator (with complimentary bottled water), grooming area with fans, and a gazebo sitting area with lights and fans.
-Full size horse scale: Track your horse’s weight.
-Routine vet & farrier visits. (Use ours or yours.)
-Access to miles of county trails (no need to trailer) in the Black Bear Wilderness Area and safe roads to ride in our horse-friendly community.
-Direct access to safe riding area on SR 46.
-Featherlite trailer available only to boarders for transportation to other riding areas, shows, clinics, etc.
-Property is safe, high and dry.
Located in Sanford, about 2 miles from I-4 & 417, easily accessible from surrounding areas - Lake Mary, Heathrow, Longwood, Debary, Deltona, Deland, Sorrento, Eustis.
