A Message from Holly’s Animal House🐾🤍- First and foremost, we want to thank our community, clients, and supporters who continue to trust us with the care of their beloved pets.
We normally avoid engaging in drama, but due to the serious nature of the allegations recently being circulated about our facility, we feel it’s important to directly address the situation and clarify the facts.
The images and claims currently being shared online do not reflect the standards, practices, or conditions of Holly’s Animal House. These photos were taken during the time of a former employee, who has since been let go for reasons. That individual no longer represents our facility in any way.
At Holly’s Animal House, we hold ourselves to a high standard of care:
• Our kennels and crates are cleaned and sanitized multiple times daily using bleach or approved kennel disinfectants.
•Food and water bowls are washed daily as needed, and fresh water is provided during every cleaning shift.
• We have a grooming window where clients can observe the process at any time.
• We have taken in numerous fosters this year alone, with no financial support, because we truly care about animals in need.
These recent claims are disheartening and simply not a reflection of who we are or how we operate. It’s disappointing that someone who once worked here chose to spread misinformation rather than address any concerns while still employed.
If you ever have questions or would like reassurance before booking, we are always happy to schedule a visit, offer a live video update, or give a personal tour of our facility. We are an open book because we have nothing to hide.
Holly’s Animal House is more than just a business, it’s a passion built on love, trust, and dedication. We do this for the animals, and that will never change.
