Unfortunately baileys home that was lined up fell through due to no fault of her own. 🩷

Let’s clarify our return policy 🤍

Purchasing a puppy is a commitment—there is no trial period.

If a puppy is returned to us for any reason, we will always prioritize their care and placement moving forward.

However:

• Returned puppies are not eligible for refunds
• Returning a puppy does not reverse the original agreement
• Once a puppy is returned, it is no longer available to the previous owner

This policy is in place to protect the stability, safety, and well-being of our puppies. Transitions are stressful, and our goal is to move forward in the best interest of the animal—not create back-and-forth situations.

We are always here for guidance, but we do not make exceptions to our policies.
