The Black Dog is Penelope. Possibly our greatest success in 12 years of JH. She stayed in her crate for 2 years - so fearful of people that she shook when anyone came near. Gradually she came to trust us. This week I really saw her sweet personality emerge ! Thanks JH family for supporting this slow to heal sweetheart !

Felix is waiting for his forever home. Could it be you????
Felix is about a year and a half old and weighs 13 pounds. He is Friendly with other dogs but takes a slow introduction to some people especially men. He loves to cuddle and will never have enough pets! Is a little velcro dog who will follow you around the house and wants to sleep next to his person in bed. Likes toys and will play fetch but doesn't always want to drop the toy. He is friendly with cats and loves to wrestle and play tug of was with his foster sis meg.
Felix is vaccinated and will be neutered and microchipped on the 13th if November.

Meet Angus!!
2 year old male Frenchie, 30lbs of pure Love! He is great with dogs, cats, women, men and children!
This beautiful Brown Brindle boy came to Jessica’s Haven a few weeks ago. He’s been fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
He will be going in on the 23rd for a much needed NARS surgery to help him breathe better.
Once he’s healed up from surgery he will be ready to be put up for adoption!

How is it that this goofball still hasn’t been adopted?? He’s the sweetest, goofiest, well behaved chihuahua mix puppy ever!
6 months old, potty trained (uses a dog door), crate trained, walks nicely on a leash and has great recall!
He is a little shy when he meets new dogs or people but warms up very quickly.
He’s currently in a foster home but would love a forever home.

PS both ears do stick up but sometimes they have a mind of their own!

You not only provided a place to stay with a warm bed and regular feedings, you also gave him more love than he’s ever known.
