To help keep pets safe and protected, we’re offering 15% off microchips throughout the month of June! ✨

🚫 No appointment needed during clinic hours

Give yourself a little extra peace of mind this summer and take advantage of this month’s special offer!

Happy National Alligator Day! 💚

Today we’re appreciating the alligators of the world, the original toothy swamp puppies.

Fun fact: Alligators can go through thousands of teeth in their lifetime! When one tooth falls out, another grows in to replace it.
While we usually spend our days caring for cats and dogs, we have to admit… alligators have some pretty impressive dental anatomy. (We’ll stick to dog dentals, though. 🦷👀)

Stay safe, stay curious, and keep those tails wagging!

Things We Never Thought We’d Say in Vet Med🐾

• “Please stop trying to eat the thermometer.”
• “No, the cone is not a personal attack.”
• “What do you mean he swallowed a whole sock?”
• “Sir, that is your own tail.”
• “We are just cutting your nails, not taking your whole toe!”

Working in veterinary medicine keeps us on our toes and gives us some pretty funny stories along the way! We are so thankful we get to help your furry friends every day!🩷

Chip Your Pet Month! 🐾

Microchipping is a simple and effective way to help your pet find their way home if they ever become lost. Unlike collars or tags, a microchip provides permanent identification that stays with your pet for life.

A quick scan at a veterinary hospital or shelter can help reunite lost pets with their families faster and more safely. 🐶🐱

Need to get your pet microchipped? We’re happy to help! Microchips can be placed during a tech appointment with our team.

May the 4th be with you!

In a galaxy not so far away… pets still need their vaccines, checkups, and plenty of treats. 😄

Whether your pet is more Jedi (calm and wise) or Sith (chaotic and zoomie-powered), we’re here to help keep them healthy and strong. 💙

And remember… the best way to fight the dark side (aka illness) is with preventative care!

May the 4th be with you and your furry co-pilots!

Spring is here, which means more time outside with your pets, but it also brings a few seasonal hazards to watch for!

⚠️ Keep an eye out for:
• Foxtails: these can get stuck in paws, ears, eyes, and skin
• Fleas & ticks: parasite season is picking up
• Allergies: itching, licking, and skin irritation can increase this time of year

After outdoor adventures, do a quick check of your pet’s paws, ears, and coat. Catching issues early can make a big difference!

If you notice anything unusual or have concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help keep your pets safe this spring.

National Parvo Awareness Day 🐾

Parvo is a highly contagious and potentially life-threatening virus that mainly affects puppies and unvaccinated dogs. It can spread easily through contaminated surfaces, even on shoes or hands.

⚠️ Watch for signs like: vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, and loss of appetite.

The good news: parvo is preventable with vaccines. Keeping your dog up to date is the best protection.

Happy International Bat Appreciation Day! 💜🦇

They may be a little spooky, but bats are actually pretty amazing! These nighttime flyers help control insect populations (bye-bye, mosquitoes) and play an important role in our ecosystem.

While we love bats from a distance, it’s important to remember never handle a bat, especially if it’s on the ground or acting unusually. If your pet has any contact with a bat, be sure to contact us right away.

So, here’s to our upside-down, bug-eating, night-loving friends! Thanks for all you do, bats!
