2025 Cal Poly Performance Horse Sale 🎉

So grateful to have had the chance to work with this filly the past couple quarters! Jo aka CP Shady Joelene was such a blast to ride and really enjoyable to be around every morning. Big thanks to and Lou for the opportunity to be a part of the program this year, can’t wait for the next. Jo is going to Hawaii to be a rope horse, can’t wait to see how she comes along!

First show down for Ms Reba ✅

She placed 23rd out of 47 horses, with most of them being older seasoned and finished horses. Despite a few bobbles I’m really happy with how she handled the environment and she was great - we are hopefully Reno bound later this year for the snaffle bit futurity!

CP Shady Joelene (Lil Joe Cash x Smooth N Shady) aka “Jo” sells May 31 at sale! Jo is a kind, athletic, and naturally talented filly ready to make an amazing cowhorse, reiner, ranch/rope horse, or more. Her sweet disposition makes every morning spent with her enjoyable, and starting her has been very easy and fun. She’s a blast both in the arena and out on the trail - I’d definitely bid on her if I could. Go check out bio for the full list of sale horses & their information! Reba’s past month 👆🏻

It’s been a minute since I’ve had a chance to post on here with school and everything but Reba is doing great! Hopefully getting sliders put on her soon & she’s already stopping pretty big without them, with almost no schooling on stops either. She’s also been put on Platinum CJ for her locking stifles and it’s definitely making her feel good! Very grateful to have her around and happy with how she’s been coming along ☀️
